Environmental ads that speak to real pain points:
margins, invoicing, waste, promos, repeatable tasks...
Pain · Margins
Outdated systems still push owners into the back office to check invoices by hand, line by line. The UNFI logo is one they know on sight, so we built the ad from a real owner's desk. It became our top pipeline ad, with 15 deals created in six months.

Pain · Waste
Grocers are always fighting product that spoils before it sells. A fruit visibly on the turn reads instantly as money lost, which is why it landed. We ran it with avocados and strawberries too, and the banana version won, cutting cost-per-lead by about 22%.

Pain · Sell at a loss
Vori flags cost changes before they quietly eat your margin. The visual came from the one-off signs grocers print by hand for last-minute price changes. In an A/B test, this handmade version beat the polished, more branded execution.

Pain · Repeatable tasks
The shelf tag is one of the most tedious, repeatable jobs in the store. We made it the hook, then told owners that work can run itself, meeting them right where it matters.
Pain · Margins
The statics did the heavy lifting, but the environmental context still works in select video formats too. Here a little motion delivers more information, while keeping the message in a format that connects with grocers.
